You might remember The Loja Group purchasing the 130,000 square foot, Safeway anchored grocery center on Dublin Boulevard last January. After just one year later Loja has sold the Dublin property to Southern California group. Escrow closed last week and the rumored sales price is $54 million ($425 per square foot), $10 million more than what Loja paid.

Loja did have leasing success with the property which now sits 100% occupied. New tenants since January 2010 include: Fidelity Investments, The Tutoring Center, Pallen M2 Martial Arts, a Dry Cleaning Service, and Coco Cabana.
