CVS to Downsize in Pleasanton

The vacant TGI Friday building at Rose Pavilion has been a mystery for over a year. Rumors of Chase Bank have been swirling and then everything went quiet. The cat is out of the bag! Wheels are finally in motion and CVS has applied for permits to construct store improvements in the former TGI Fridays. CVS currently resides on the east portion of the center in larger space. No word on who will back-fill the space they currently occupy. Rumor has it a new restaurant will also be joining the line-up at Rose Pavilion, taking the former Calico Corners space.

As for JP Morgan Chase, you might have noticed tenants moving out of the small grey center next door to Rose Pavilion, Santa Rita Junction. Back in February the city of Pleasanton had a hearing on the demolition of the center with plans to rebuild a 3,400 square foot drive-thru bank building. Although I am not sure it has been publicly announced, Chase Bank is rumored to be the tenant.
